Our services are virtual, and we host in-person nature-based gatherings in the Inland Empire and Los Angeles County.

I’m Elizabeth, therapist-turned entreprenuer, founder of Serenidad Wellness LLC. Here to help you level up your mental health game. Elizabeth is a wellness mental health practitioner in CA, first generation professional, and Entrepeneur with ancestral roots to Puebla, Mexico.
Elizabeth’s lifelong passion is to connect with mother earth (Tonantzin), mentor first generation professionals, and bring culturally responsive trauma informed wellness practices to communities across various social and economic backgrounds.
